Renting makes sense when you need a furnished place for a while but don't want to buy, move, and store furniture. We take care of the furniture, the delivery, and the setup, then pick everything up when your term ends. If you end up loving a piece, you can ask us about buying it out.

Since 2009 we've furnished homes for Houston residents, families relocating to the area, executives, corporate housing companies, and corporate clients. Home sellers and real estate professionals also use our home staging service.

3. We deliver, assemble, and set up everything.
4. When your term is over, we come back and pick it up.

We offer three residential packages: Espresso (Good), Castano (Better), and Rosemont (Best). Each one furnishes a living room, dining room, and primary bedroom, and you can add more bedrooms. See the contents and monthly rates on our Residential Rental page.

Yes. We can adjust our standard packages for things like bed size, nightstands, and seating. If you want something beyond our standard packages, our Luxury Rental custom design service builds a selection around your space and style.

You tell us about your space, your style, and what matters most. Our designer then puts together custom design boards for you, makes adjustments based on your feedback, and once you approve, we deliver and set up everything. Pricing depends on the pieces you choose and how long you rent them.

Yes. We offer housewares packages with kitchen items, bedding, and other essentials, and we can add place settings or rooms on request. Luxury clients can also get custom housewares chosen to go with their furniture.

Our residential rental prices are based on 3, 6, or 12 month commitments. After your initial commitment, you're welcome to continue month-to-month for as long as you'd like.

Yes. With our residential packages, the monthly rate is lower on longer terms. You can compare rates by term on the Residential Rental page.

Yes. We sell brand-new furniture from quality vendors, including custom design pieces. You can also ask about buying the pieces from a current rental or staging package. Visit our Furniture Sales page to learn more.

Most staging projects cover the living room, dining room, and a bedroom. Depending on what the house needs, we can add more rooms or swap in other spaces.

Yes. With pay-at-close staging, you can stage your listing now and pay when the home sells. Ask us for more details.

You tell us about your listing, and we send you a quote. Our local team then delivers the furniture and stages the home, and we pick everything up at the end of your staging term. Visit Home Staging for more.

Delivery is an additional charge based on the size and location of your residence. We'll include it in your quote.

Our service is white-glove: we deliver, unpack, assemble, and place the furniture, then take away the packaging. We handle everything with care to protect your floors, walls, and home.

We deliver throughout the greater Houston area. For longer-term projects, we can go farther.

Yes. When your term ends, we take down the furniture and remove it, so you don't have to do anything. Pickup at the end of your rental is included in the initial delivery and installation fee.

Yes. We provide turnkey furniture packages for corporate housing, temporary living, and relocation projects. They're based on our standard packages and adjusted to your needs, with flexible terms and full setup and takedown. Learn more on our Corporate Housing page.
